Join us for a lunch in Sprout San Francisco's beautiful backyard garden. Lunch will be catered by Equator Coffee. Meet other new moms & enjoy a Sensible Sitter on site to hold babies!

Bryant Resch will be speaking about how to make time for yourself as a new mom. Being a new mom is often times overwhelming and finding a minute to yourself seems utterly impossible. Self care is the most important thing you can do for you and your family and Bryant will give simple suggestions on how to take a step back so that you can drop into motherhood with ease. Bryant is a certified health coach, yoga teacher, founder of Om Family Wellness and mother to Liam (6 years) and Isla (22 months).
