Intro to Meal Prep with Kim Mitchell

Tired of struggling to get dinner on the table each night?  Do you want to meal prep on weekends but just don’t know where to start without it taking over your family time?

Join Main Street Mama and personal chef Kim Mitchell (kimmitchellcuisine.com) for an opportunity to learn the blueprint that can simplify your life.

She will go over planning, organizing and executing your families meals in 2 hours on a weekend and 15 mins a night.

You will leave with:

  • one week sample menu of breakfast, lunch & dinner accompanied with recipes.
  • assessment of your family's needs so that you can plan accordingly
  • assessment of your kitchen's tools & amazon list - ready container suggestions.
  • tips on how to prep produce so that they stay longer

About Kim:
I love being able to help people- and through my services I'm able to help in a variety of ways.  I can  make restrictive diets taste good, I can share the tips and tricks and food that I've learned to cook with decades of various diets.  I can let you get home from a long day (hopefully also doing what you love) and ease into a balanced meal that will nourish your body and soul.

I'm constantly learning, trying and experimenting.  I believe that food is the common language of all people, and through sharing it, we can have a better understanding of each other and our world.

The food I offer is thoughtfully prepared so that my values are held true in every bite.  I believe in eating food that is good for our world as well as our soul.  I choose produce that is organic and local whenever possible.  Meats and seafoods are chosen only if they are from responsible sources.  I try to minimize waste, using leftover bits to make stocks or other dishes.
