A 4-week advanced level fitness class for MSM, taught by Leah Keller, Creator of The Dia Method. This is a stage 2 class that requires participation in a previous Dia Method class or approval from the instructor.

This class presents a challenging workout series that combines revolutionary core exercises proven to strengthen and firm abdominal muscles with total body moves that recruit every muscle to truly transform the body. You will train smart as you sweat during these invigorating workouts.

Each 60-minute class incorporates deep core muscle activation into every rep of every exercise. For those seeking to improve body composition, Leah will also provide nutritional support. Our invigorating total body workouts emphasize strength, tone, and metabolic benefits. 

When: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm (Tuesdays: 9/12, 9/19, 9/26 and 10/3)

Where: The Assembly : 449 14th Street
(between Valencia and Guererro, close to 16th street BART)

Who: Any MSM who has taken a previous Dia class, trained privately with Leah, or who has been following the online program (thediamethod.com) and performing daily core compressions for at least two full weeks. 

Bring:  Water & light weights (3-5 lbs). Mats & resistance band provided.
