(BEGINNER) Dia Method September Course at The Assembly

A 4-week fitness class for MSM, taught by Leah Keller, Creator of The Dia Method

This class is specifically geared toward women who are seeking to build core strength and function. It is ideal for postnatal recovery, and as a vital step toward optimal fitness at any stage (it’s never too late, no matter how old your kids are!). Leah Keller, creator of The DiaMethod, will coach you through exercises proven to resolve diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and progressively challenging workouts that tone and define the entire body. Leah also provides effective nutritional guidance, safe for breastfeeding, to support and sustain healthy body composition. If you want to see and feel measurable results in minutes a day, this class is for you.

Each class includes coaching in deep core muscle activation, which we will build progressively into vigorous total body workouts. The challenge and difficulty will increase each week, but modifications will be available for all fitness levels.

When: Tuesdays at 7:30 pm (9/12, 9/19, 9/26 and 10/3)

Where: The Assembly : 449 14th Street
(between Valencia and Guererro, close to 16th street BART)

Who: Any MSM who wishes to improve core strength, prevent or reverse diastasis recti, and transform her fitness! Must be at least 6 weeks postnatal. Open to pregnant participants (Leah will provide modifications).

Bring:  Water & light weights (3-5 lbs). Mats & resistance band provided.
